Our Aerial Sampler class includes instruction on Aerial Silks (split silks), Aerial Hammock & Aerial Hoop (Lyra). Students will be able try out different types of equipment, practice, or ask questions on how to learn a specific move. This class is not as formally taught as our other classes, but will include a group warmup and instruction on all the different types of equipment. No prior aerial experience is necessary to join this class!

Hoop (also known as Lyra, Aerial Ring or Cerceau) is a circular steel apparatus resembling a hula hoop suspended from the ceiling, on which circus artists may perform aerial acrobatics. In this class you will learn Aerial Hoop basics such as mounting the hoop, posing, spinning and moving within it. All fitness levels and all shapes and sizes are welcome - no experience is necessary! Aerial Hoop classes are great for building core strength and increasing your flexibility.

FLY YOUR WAY TO FITNESS IN OUR AERIAL SILKS CLASSES!

Fly free in our Aerial Silks & Aerial Yoga classes and we guarantee you will be up in the air in less than an hour. Each class begins with stretching and strengthening exercises aided by our aerial silks hammocks. Then you will learn inversions, poses, swings and more. This class is so much fun you won't even realize that you are working out! Any level student will benefit from this class. No aerial experience is required to join - beginners are welcome!
